Teriyaki Sauce

This is more a reminder to myself than anything, but this is an amazing and easy Teriyaki sauce:

Joe Seppi's Teriyaki sauce

1/2 ounce shredded ginger, fresh chunked or powdered
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup peach nectar
1/4 cup pineapple juice (or just all pineapple)
1/2 cup soy sauce
Combine and fridge overnight.  Strain.  Throw meat in overnight to marinade.
